So many times I find myself asking God all these questions. I ask Him “Lord am I called into ministry?” or “Lord where would you have me?” or “Lord do I keep waiting?” I ask these questions because I want to be in the Father’s will at all times that sometimes I forget to just be in the Father’s will.
A lot of the time I feel like the answer to these questions comes in a very obvious and humbling way. I ask Him, “Lord am I called into ministry?” and He answers with divine appointments that only He could orchestrate. He answers the question and says, “Daughter, just look around, if this isn’t a life of ministry then what is?” I find myself asking, “Lord where would you have me?” and I hear Him answer me with, “Daughter, if not here then where? Have I not called you to be present in each and every season of life I have you in? You are here because I have put you here.” I ask Him, “Father do I continue to wait?” and He answers me with, “Daughter if not waiting, what else would you be doing?”
Sometimes I get caught up in the “when” and “where” when God wants to remind me that I just need to be here. Think about the questions of your heart, and ask them to God because no question is too big for Him. Sit in solidarity and allow the still small voice to whisper into your heart the reassurance and love that only the Father can give.
