I am reminded again and again of the goodness of the gospel! 

God’s word never returns void + it compels, convicts, and cuts the hardest of hearts. 

Let me be reminded daily of the gift of salvation I don’t deserve, the grace of God I didn’t earn, and the unconditional love of Jesus that I am unworthy of. Then my easily ungrateful self can be instantly reminded of the perfect sacrifice He made on the cross for us! Because of HIM: we are GIVEN salvation we don’t deserve + grace we couldn’t earn + unconditional love that we are not worthy of!!! 

What a good gift!!!

What was once unreachable to the sinful man, is now gifted to the man who recognizes his sin. 

How amazing & beautiful & inexplicable the ways of the Lord are! 

Therefore, I will rejoice in the simple gospel<3
